Had a good platform of Attitude based learnings at IISD, I started working on new projects, in all upcoming projects. It's been a great learning journey for me From a Trainee to an associate consultant. In a short span of time I have also become a buddy coach for the new trainees to come up to a certain level of learning. I am now able to independently handle the clients, have trained internal employees on creation of videos and product trainings, am also able to spear head meetings very confidently.
